Integrity, compassion, and creativity guide my approach to counseling.

I provide counseling services for children, teens, and adults. While I have extensive experience working with youth and families, I also support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking help for your child or for yourself, this is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and guided forward.

  • Children (behavior concerns, emotional regulation)

  • Teens (anxiety, identity, behavior concerns, school stress)
